OUR LEADERSHIP

John and Jody Mills are the founding pastors of Wildfire Ministries. They currently live on an old farmstead and have four grown children and six granddaughters and one grandson all living within a few miles from home. Prior to starting Wildfire in 2008, they spent 15 years in youth ministry. They love to travel in Michigan, in-country, and abroad. John is the Lead Pastor at Wildfire and Jody is "church mom" and pursuer of Jesus. Life and ministry is great for the Millses and they are excited to see what the future holds as they continue to press in to all God has for them.

Andrew and Ahnna have been married since 2017 and have two children. Andrew works for a municipality and has been involved with youth group and preaching at Wildfire for over 10 years. Ahnna has been involved in ministry her entire life, has a degree in Christian Ministry and Business Management, and is currently a stay-at-home mom. At Wildfire, Andrew is on the preaching rotation and helps oversee youth and outreach while Ahnna is the administrative director and helps oversee outreach and worship. Their passion is to support leaders and members of Wildfire as they follow what God is calling them to do. Andrew enjoys hunting, meat, and house/property projects.  Ahnna loves coffee, iced coffee, and all other forms of coffee!

Brandon and Jade got married in August of 2022. They met at a ministry school in North Carolina, which Brandon attended for three years, and Jade attended for one. Brandon became a licensed minister during the summer of 2023. Both Jade and Brandon hold a degree in Business. Together, they are the children's pastors at Wildfire, a role they stepped into in June 2023. Their desire is to see the kids filled with the knowledge of God. They have one kid of their own, Elijah Oak. Brandon and Jade love spending their free time playing games, and find great enjoyment from their three cats (AKA kittoes).

Brenden and Kirstin Mills have been working behind the scenes at Wildfire for the past 10 years. Brenden oversees technology, discipleship, and theology. Kirstin helps with worship along with overseeing the church volunteer schedule and nursery. They met at Youth With A Mission and are passionate about getting people involved in missions so they head up the missions department at Wildfire. They both love being parents to their three daughters and enjoy their home in the country. Kirstin likes music, iced coffee, organizing, and the color purple. Brenden is an avid hunter, enjoys fishing, and working with his hands.
